White Oak Intermediate students have been studying the history of Jazz music this week! We are identifying various jazz styles such as ragtime, dixieland, swing, big band, bebop, and jazz fusion/rock. Next week we will continue celebrating jazz by looking at specific jazz musicians and hearing them play!
